Maintenance, repair, and operating supplies is the inventory that’s required to assemble and sell the finished product (but not built into the product itself). Depending on the specifics of your ecommerce business, MRO supplies might be held in storage, kept with the wholesaler or supplier, or in transit out for delivery.
